This is an appeal by the defendant, William Henry duPont, hereafter "father", from a final order entered in consolidated proceedings in the Superior Court. The plaintiff, Deborah Eldredge duPont, hereafter "mother", former wife of the defendant, filed a petition on September 7, 1965, seeking to have the father adjudged in contempt in violation of the final decree of October 20, 1961 divorcing the parties...
