Appellant Paul Allen Craig filed a motion to vacate or set aside a judgment and sentence in a criminal action in the district court for Cheyenne County, under the provisions of sections 29-3001 to 29-3004, R.S. Supp., 1965.

The sole contention set forth in the appellant's motion was that he had been denied the equal protection of the law guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution in that he was convicted and sentenced...
