1. Grounds 1, 2 and 3 of the amended motion for a new trial complain of the court's refusal to give three written requests to charge, which would have defined water on the roof as "surface water" within the meaning of the policy and relieved the defendant-insurer of liability for damage from water which had backed up as a result of a blocked gutter or downspout.
