The motion to suppress in this case was granted to the extent of ordering a hearing. Upon the hearing it appeared that the defendants were seen in the lobby of an apartment building by the superintendent of that building. They looked suspicious to him and he thereupon escorted them to the basement of the building where he, apparently aided by three or four assistants, searched both defendants...
