Appellant instituted an action of trespass against West Penn Power Company to recover damages for personal injuries. West Penn brought in appellant's employer Glunt as an additional defendant. At the trial of the case the trial Judge entered a compulsory nonsuit in favor of each defendant, which the Court en banc refused to remove.
