Doornbos Stappers et al. in which the State alleged it was laying out, reconstructing and improving highway Number 347, and that in connection therewith it was necessary that appurtenant drains, ditches and grades be constructed and maintained across certain land owned by the defendants and that it was necessary to take certain small portions...
