Leon Smith testified that while he, the appellant, and Hector Castenada were in a tavern in Victoria on September 20, 1964, the appellant first mentioned burglarizing Wagner's Hardware Store in Cuero, and after discussing it they went in appellant's car to his house in Cuero, where he drew a plat of the interior of the store, explained the best method of entry...
