This action was instituted to recover damages suffered by plaintiffs when their residence fell into ruin and delapidation allegedly because defendants performed poor workmanship and used defective materials in the construction of it for plaintiffs. Plaintiffs purchased the lot of ground and contracted with defendants for the construction of the residence and acquired title to the lot of ground and the building in a package deal for the price of $16...
