Weaver to recover upon a defaulted promissory note signed on April 16, 1960, by the Marinellis and also John H. Garner, Christine L. Garner, and St. Pete Auto Parts, Inc., a Florida corporation, in favor of Weaver in the sum of $65,699.27, payable in monthly...
