Allied Paper Corporation purchased all the stock of Mercury Envelope Company and as a part of such sale plaintiff and Allied entered into an agreement that plaintiff Bercaw's employment would be continued from October 15, 1957 to October 14, 1962, at the rate of $28,000 per annum, either party to have the right to terminate the agreement with compensation payable at ...
