PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for the crime of breaking and entering with intent to commit a public offense, to wit, larceny, in that he so broke and entered a school building in Council Bluffs, in violation of section 708.8, Code, 1962. Defendant pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury and found guilty. From judgment on the verdict he has appealed. Defendant elected to submit the appeal on a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment...
