These appeals represent the culmination of a bitter controversy between a giant member of the plywood industry and a somewhat smaller competitor.

United States Plywood is the biggest of American plywood manufacturers. General Plywood is a substantial manufacturer of plywood doors based in Louisville, Kentucky. At the relevant times in this record the whole industry was adversely affected by the entrance into the United States market...
