Appellant, having been convicted of violation of section 11530 of the Health and Safety Code because of his possession of marijuana, and having admitted prior convictions for possession of narcotics and furnishing narcotics to a minor, appeals. He does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence, but asserts (1) that the contraband was obtained by an illegal search, and (2) that the sentence is unconstitutional...
