CHARGES

(1) Attempted robbery.

(2) Aggravated battery.

(3) Attempted murder.

Alibi.

JUDGMENT

After a jury trial, defendant was convicted on all counts and was given concurrent sentences of not less than three nor more than ten years for each crime.
