This is an action by plaintiffs, husband and wife, for damages resulting from an automobile collision and they have appealed from judgment in favor of defendants rejecting their demands.

The material facts which were established without substantial dispute, except as hereinafter noted, are that a Pontiac automobile driven by plaintiff, Mrs. Blake, accompanied by Mrs. Sanders as a passenger, about 4:00 o'clock on the afternoon of August 17, 1964...
