Canaday, appellant, filed an application with the Social Security Administration on January 2, 1963, to establish a period of disability and for disability insurance benefits under 42 U.S. C.A. §§ 416(i) and 423. The hearing examiner determined that Canaday was not "disabled" and this determination became the final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare.
