This appeal arises from a final decree passed on February 11, 1965 by Judge Bowie in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County granting specific performance, of, as well as declaratory and other relief in connection with, an agreement to lease, dated August 4, 1962 involving a tract of land containing 94.5036 acres lying to the north and south of Contee Road in Prince George's County, known as "Briarwood."
