Plaintiff brings this action against a stock brokerage firm claiming jurisdiction under 15 U.S.C.A. § 77v (Securities Act of 1933), 15 U.S.C.A. § 78aa (Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and 28 U.S.C.A. § 1332 (diversity jurisdiction).
