In this proceeding under section 305 of the Tariff Act of 1930, 19 U.S.C.A. 1305,1 the government seeks forfeiture on grounds of obscenity of 1,000 copies of a magazine entitled Solis 84, imported from Denmark.2 The importer (Claimant) contends that the material is not obscene, and also contends that section 1305 is unconstitutional
