This is an action for separation, which was commenced by the plaintiff in May of 1964 on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment and abandonment. The defendant appears and counterclaims for an annulment, alleging that the divorce granted to the plaintiff from her first husband in the State of Alabama in July of 1959 was invalid, and that, therefore, the marriage between the parties to this action is null...
