Morgan, petitioner, has brought this petition in proper person for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S. C.A. § 2241 et seq., growing out of his detention and imprisonment by the United States Marshal at New Orleans which he claims is unlawful and illegal and in violation of the Fourth and Fifth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
