Plaintiffs brought a class action against appellee school district seeking an injunction for themselves and taxpayers similarly situated restraining completion of the district tax rolls and the assessment, levy and collection of taxes based on tax values fixed by the board of equalization for the year 1965. They sought a writ of mandamus to require the assessor-collector of taxes "to place all taxable property" on the tax rolls. A take-nothing judgment...
