These are two petitions for the payment of medical services rendered by both petitioners to an employee of the respondent. They were consolidated for a hearing before the trial commissioner and thereafter a decree was entered in each cause granting the relief prayed for. The respondent thereupon appealed to the full commission where a decree was entered in each cause which reversed the decree of the trial commissioner on the ground...
