Appellee, Johnnie Profitt, was injured in a fall from a mast while working as a tool dresser for the appellant Ed Hall Drilling Company. His application for workmen's compensation resulted in an award based on a finding of 20% permanent partial disability, half of which was attributed to a dormant non-disabling degenerative condition of the spine and the other half to the specific injury sustained in the accident.
