Plaintiff George C. Schroeder, Jr., as purchaser, brought this suit against defendants Abraham Krushevski, as seller, and Thomas N. Musser, doing business as Mus-Tay Realty Company, as agent, for breach of a contract for the sale of a certain parcel of ground on Florida Avenue in the City of New Orleans. Defendant Musser answered the petition denying liability and, assuming the position of plaintiff in reconvention, prayed for damages against Schroeder...
