This is an appeal from a verdict and judgment in favor of appellee, a customer of appellant's store, for injuries sustained when he tripped over the corner of a display platform that constituted the boundary of one of the aisles in the store. There was one and only one liability finding against appellant: that appellant, at the time and on the occasion in question, "had a display platform without merchandise...
