O'HORA, Judge.

This is an action to recover damages for wrongful death, as a result of a motor vehicle collision in which defendant Visconto was the driver of one of the vehicles involved. Plaintiffs have attempted to take the deposition of defendant Visconto and have been met with a motion on behalf of said defendant to vacate the notice of said deposition and to grant a protective order on the grounds that his answers to the questions anticipated...
