Respondent, plaintiff in the circuit court (hereafter Carswell), obtained a verdict against petitioner (hereafter Greyhound) and final judgment was entered thereon January 29, 1964. Greyhound filed a motion for judgment n.o.v. or, in the alternative, for a new trial. March 18, 1964, by two separate orders, the trial court denied these motions.
