Appellant was convicted of the crime of rape and sentenced to life imprisonment in the penitentiary. On appeal from the conviction, appellant raises two points:

(1) Alleged insufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict; failure of the court to direct a verdict. (2) Alleged error of trial court in permitting prosecuting attorney to question appellant with reference to a lie detector test.
