This class action is brought by Negro citizens of Cambridge, Maryland, to enjoin the segregation of an arena and a swimming pool in that city. The plaintiffs were denied the use of the arena and swimming pool, refused to leave the admission area, were arrested for trespassing, and presently are free on bond, awaiting trial pending this decision.
