Mr. Justice McINTYRE delivered the opinion of the court.

This is an eminent domain case involving condemnation by the State Highway Commission of Wyoming of 1.05 acres of land belonging to Elmer L. Peters and Nadine S. Peters. From a jury award of $500 as the value of the land taken and $15,000 in damages to the remainder of owners' property, the Highway Commission has appealed.

A new divided four-lane highway was constructed in front of the Peters property...
