McFADDIN, Justice.

This is a suit by appellants seeking: (a) to have certain lands included in the McKamie-Patton Unitized Pool, or, in the alternative, (b) to obtain a permit to drill for oil and gas on the lands so excluded from the pool. The appellants unsuccessfully sought relief from the appellee Oil and Gas Commission; then the appellants filed suit in the Union Chancery Court, which likewise denied them any relief; and this appeal followed.
