SHANGRAW, Justice.

The State Highway Board seeks to condemn certain land and rights located in the towns of Clarendon and Rutland, in the County of Rutland for highway purposes with limited-access facilities. The particular purpose for which the lands and rights are sought is the improvement of a section of U. S. Route No. 7 in the above towns and will include a limited-access bypass of the Village of North Clarendon. The by-pass is .84 of a mile in length.
