The issue is whether the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board erred in finding that registration of applicant-appellee's mark would not "be likely, when applied to the goods of applicant, to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive."1 Section 2(d), Trademark Act of 1946, 15 U.S.C. § 1052(d).
