Plaintiff, Gulf Machine Shop, instituted this suit for a sum of money alleged to be due it under a contract for the manufacture of two steel rollers for use in an aluminum crimping machine. The defendants resisted the demand on the ground that the manufactured rollers were defective and were not suitable for the purposes for which they were intended.
