This action was brought in the district court for Butler County to recover damages for the alleged wrongful death of Jane Ann Kolar, a minor, by the plaintiff Louis T. Kolar, her father, as administrator of her estate, against the defendant Ray L. Divis. At the conclusion of the plaintiff's evidence the trial court sustained a motion of the defendant for a directed verdict and dismissed the plaintiff's petition.
