This is an action brought under the so-called Automobile Dealers' Day in Court Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1221-1225, hereinafter Dealers' Act, by one Rohlsen, a former Volkswagen dealer in St. Croix, Virgin Islands, against the regional Volkswagen distributor, Volkswagen Interamericana, S.A., a Mexican corporation.
