The defendant was convicted of the crime of the possession of narcotics as a felony upon verdict rendered by a jury in Kings County. He was thereafter sentenced on July 18, 1963 to a term of three to five years to run concurrently with a sentence imposed by another Justice of this court on June 21, 1963.
