This is an appeal from the judgment described by the parties thereto as primarily a trespass to try title suit. It appears that in the year 1950 the admitted source of title, J. J. Montes, conveyed to Hector Bejarano and Joe (or Jose) Dominguez two tracts of land in El Paso County, Texas, comprising approximately 43 acres of land.
