Plaintiff filed this workmen's compensation suit against Hardware Mutual Casualty Company, the insurer of the plaintiff's employer, Farm Oil Truck & Tractor, Inc., to recover total permanent disability payments under the compensation statute. While admittedly working within the scope and course of his employment, Hoffpauir injured his left arm in a fall from a tractor on October 7, 1963.
