Walter H. Anderson and Walter H. Anderson, Jr., plaintiffs, brought this action against Norfolk and Western Railway Company, defendant, to recover damages for injury to their 1962 crop of tomatoes and other vegetables which they alleged was caused by the negligence of the defendant in spraying its right of way. A jury returned a verdict for the plaintiffs in the sum of $9,000, on which the court entered...
