JUDGMENT

After a trial without a jury, the court found defendant guilty and sentenced him to a term of twelve to fifteen years.

POINTS RAISED ON APPEAL

(1) The indictment was fatally defective.

(2) Defendant was not proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
