This is an appeal by Darrell E. Copenhaver, appellant, in forma pauperis from a final order of the district court filed December 23, 1964, denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus without a hearing. Appellant's primary contention before this Court is that the district court erred in not holding a "full evidentiary hearing", in contravention of the basic rules as to postconviction relief set out in the landmark triology of postconviction...
