This is an appeal from a judgment entered in a condemnation action in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District. The cause was tried by stipulation of counsel before the Honorable Lester H. Loble sitting without a jury. The judgment was entered in favor of the defendants, Ben K. Woodcock and Fern M. Woodcock, awarding to them the sum of $21,177.00 together with interest and costs.
