This is an appeal by Joseph Territo and Ruth Territo from the decision of the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of West Wyoming, County of Luzerne, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, refusing to grant them permission to install certain fuel oil storage tanks on their premises located at 563 West Sperling Street in said borough.
