Per Curiam.

Defendants-appellants appeal by leave of this court from an order of the Appellate Term entered June 17, 1965, which reversed a judgment of the Civil Court, entered May 8, 1964, on a jury verdict in favor of the defendants. Defendants-appellants have stipulated to judgment absolute in the event of an affirmance.
