This action was commenced by the trustee in bankruptcy of Peter Arvo Mackie, bankrupt, to recover from the defendant, Whitewater Oil Company, Inc., $2,336.48, which is the alleged value of certain goods, merchandise and equipment transferred by the bankrupt to the defendant on or about November 6, 1961.
