This interlocutory appeal presents a question of venue in an action for libel. The question involved is whether a cause of action for libel against a newspaper accrues in each county where copies are distributed, so that the plaintiff may elect where he will bring his suit or, conversely, whether the "single publication rule" in libel cases may be applied to require suit in the county where the newspaper has its first and general distribution...
