Edless Lafont filed suit against the defendants in this case in his capacity as the administrator of his minor child, Rickey Lafont, for injuries sustained by his son on December 21, 1962, when he allegedly tripped and fell against a concrete and steel support of a water tank owned by the Lafourche Water District No. 1. The petition of the plaintiff alleges in substance that the injuries sustained by the minor child were caused by the existence of excavations...
