This is a workman's compensation case. Appellee, W. C. Gill, sustained an accidental injury on September 6, 1962 as he was attempting to move a four-wheel, two-axle, tandem boat trailer, into his employer's shop. Based on the jury findings that appellee was totally and permanently disabled in response to Special Issues Nos. 1, 2 and 3, and the further finding that appellee was not partially disabled, the court entered judgment for permanent total...
